West Fourth Chiropractic will make you
feel right at home.
When you first arrive at West Fourth Chiropractic, you will see a modern, clean, street level office. You will be greeted by our super Chiropractic Assistant – Carla. She will welcome you and give you some forms to fill out.
You will then be escorted into a consultation room to watch a brief 4 min video before meeting Dr. Derek. We will discuss your health concerns and any other questions you have.
Then we will start a comprehensive examination accompanied by the latest in diagnostic computer spinal analysis technology.
Once we have gathered all the necessary information (which usually takes 30 minutes), you will book a follow up visit for your second visit, Report of Findings.
